About Abalam
Abalam provides the Abacavir/Lamivudine NRTI backbone as a fixed-dose combination. Used in ART regimens where Tenofovir is contraindicated due to renal impairment. HLA-B*5701 testing mandatory before use to prevent hypersensitivity.
Dosage & Administration
One tablet once daily with or without food. Do not use without prior HLA-B*5701 screening.
