About Duovir
Duovir is the classic dual NRTI backbone of AZT+3TC. Though largely replaced by TDF-based regimens, it remains valuable in second-line ART, PMTCT, and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP). Twice-daily dosing.
Dosage & Administration
One tablet twice daily (morning and evening), with or without food. Monitor CBC for anaemia.
