About ABEC-L
Emcure's Abacavir+Lamivudine fixed-dose combination providing the ABC/3TC NRTI backbone. Alternative to TDF-based regimens for patients with renal issues. Requires HLA-B*5701 testing before initiation to prevent potentially fatal hypersensitivity reactions.
Dosage & Administration
One tablet once daily. Mandatory HLA-B*5701 screening before use. Discontinue immediately if hypersensitivity occurs.
